This sprite was thought to be an unused file within the game, but it turns out it is in the game after all; you just have to use a glitch to be able to see it.
Normally, once you lure Dreep out into the Null Void, the game will automatically block you from venturing out again yourself. However, with the use of a glitch to take control during animations, it's possible to go back out into the void at the same time as Dreep, and doing so you get to find this secret animation of Dreep floating in place. You can't really do anything with him when he's like this, but it's still an interesting find to me
