When we post - there is no promise of free speech - the promise of Free Speech is to protect us from Government retaliation against us, it does not give anyone license to behave badly. We are always posting at the pleasure of YouTube or the channel on which we comment. There is a reason I do not allow name calling, trolling or personal attacks against myself or anyone else.
