For me, these stages are either insultingly easy, annoyingly hard, boring/time wasting, or just were not fun in my eyes. I can only include levels from games I've played. The largest factor in my choices was just how much dread went through my mind at the thought of playing through any of these again.
NOTE: This was my first attempt at a major top 10 video and as you can tell, it's a bit amateurish in spots. I might redo this someday. Got to start somewhere.
Also only levels from GOOD GAMES. Not broken or terrible games like Sonic 06 or Superman 64.
