Taking a look back at 2013 it was an amazing year for gaming!
Here is my personal list of the 7 best games of the year.
Note that i only own - A PC and an Xbox 360 console.

#7 - Saint's Row IV [Metacritic Score - 81%]
Saints Row IV is what all of the games should be - crazy fun! Sure it also have a very crazy but interesting story but the main reason i loved this game so much is because you play as the president of US and you have awesome super powers! I don't think this can be said for any other game ever.

#6 - Batman Arkham Origins [Metacritic Score - 74%]
While some consider Arkham Origins a game that's pretty much Arkham City 2.5, I think that its not that bad of an idea, Twice a bigger open world, much more gadgets and an incredible Origins story! However it does suffer from some repetitiveness because of its similarity with previous games in the series.

#5 - Splinter Cell Blacklist [Metacritic Score - 82%]
Blacklist returns the original stealth formula that made previous Splinter Cell games so amazing and fun, also adding two different play-styles for people who prefer playing the game with more action than stealth, and it succeeds! The story is Okay but the gameplay is the reason you'l want to play this game.

#4 - Tomb Raider [Metacritic Score - 86%]
Tomb Raider revives the series better than ever, with gameplay similar like in Uncharted series it also adds RPG elements and special skills to progress the character, the gameplay feels fresh and fun, and the Origins story of how Lara became the Tomb Raider is pretty amazing too.

#3 - Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag [Metacritic Score - 86%]
AC IV is everything i wanted from AC3, its fun, immersive and takes place in a massive open world with tons of things to do, plus the graphics for the xbox 360 console is beautiful, the game introduces us to a new protagonist with an amazing story. The game also provides the best pirate experience in a video game ever!

#2 - Bioshock Infinite [Metacritic Score - 94%]
Honestly the reason i love Infinite so much is thanks to its complex yet amazing story with an incredible ending! It fits the story perfectly to the world and the gameplay for a FPS feels fresh and fun. The replayability factor is strong thanks to the many collectibles hidden in the campaign, no MP but that's what makes this game so incredible!

#1 - Grand Theft Auto V [Metacritic Score - 97%]
Incredible Story, Amazing gameplay, HUGE Open World with tons of things to do, Living Multiplayer world that constantly updates and add tons of new stuff, Three likable characters, huge roster of vehicles and the list goes on..... The Reason GTA V is so amazing is thanks to the way it combines all of those elements and makes an unforgettable experience! Definitely my pick for GOTY 2013!

That's it for my list and for 2013, One thing i should mention is that I have watched a walkthrough of The Last of Us and i gotta be honest - its one of the best story-lines that i have ever watched in videogames! too bad i didn't had the chance to play it, it had the potential of being my GOTY for 2013!
