One thing that’s always set Disney apart is their use of Audio Animatronics. Hundreds of animatronics have appeared all over the Disney parks but unfortunately not all of them stick around forever. There are a lot of rare, less commonly talked about animatronics like the Barker Bird Peg Leg Pete on Pirates of the Carribean or Starnac the Motorola Animatronic in Epcot's Innoventions, and who can forget Lil Red, the adorable baby elephant from Kilimanjaro Safaris. Some of these forgotten animatronics were also pivotal to the development of audio animatronic technology like Alec Tronic who later became Tom Morrow in Disneyland's Innoventions.
