There are well over one hundred Legendary and Mythical Pokémon at this point, but not all of them really justify why we should consider them as an actual "Legend" other than because the Professor said so. But, then there are other Pokémon that you could swear were Legendary because of all the hype surrounding them, yet they're no more special than a Pidgey; yet another way of being a Fake Legendary Pokémon.
