TYPO ALERT!!! WHERE IT SAYS GIRE, IT'S MEANT TO BE FIRE!!! Aariel noticed it :(:(:(:(:(
OH MY GOD THERE'S TWO!! SHE ALSO JUST NOTICED FOR WHAT'S SUPPOSED TO BE NUMBER ONE IT SAYS FIVE!! I AM SO SAD RIGHT NOW, I DON'T USUALLY HAVE THESE MISTAKES, I'M SO SORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, I hope this is not extremely late, but I am so happy I finally finished this!! Thank you xXAmity0ParkXx and AiraSora for tagging me.
I actually find it really ironic that AiraSora started this tag because for the last several months, I've been listening to many Disney songs in Hindi as a method to learn it.
So, first, let me make it clear to everyone: Hindi is not our native language, so I guess we're kind of cheating with this tag. But, seeing as though both of our parents are from India, I, Amber, started using Disney Hindi songs as a means to start learning Hindi. Now, since Aariel's also taking a Hindi class, we're both decent at it.
But, as you may see from our likes and favorites, I've been watching a bunch of these songs, and I decided to share my favorites:

5. We Are One (Hum Ek Hai)
A funny story about this song. We showed it to our dad to have him translate it a long time ago, and during Kiara's part, she used the Hindi term "sakti" which is a feminine word, instead of the word "sakta" for masculine, and my dad was all "Sakti?! She's a girl??" It was hilarious! Anyways, we love this song for how it is sung and the beautiful words. It matches the English lyrics pretty closely. Overall, one of the favorites. Plus, the Lion King 2 in Hindi is highly available on YouTube.

4. When Will My Life Begin? (Kya Yehi Hai Meri Zindagi?)
Aariel wanted this to be number 5 instead of 4, but since I am the one who knows all the Disney Hindi songs, I made this one 4 because not only do I ADORE Rapunzel's Hindi voice, I love the words in this song. I'll admit, many of them are too complicated for the beginning Hindi speaker such as myself, but I find it beautiful. As a plus, the Hindi Flynn's voice is also perfect in my opinion. This was one of my favorites! I love the sweetness in her voice.

3. I'll Make a Man Out of You (Mard Bano)
This one is one of my obvious favorites! Shang's voice is amazing and the words, although kind of complicated, flow really nicely!! It, to me, is just as epic in Hindi as it is in English. I don't have much to say about it, but we both really like this one a lot!

2. A Whole New World (Sapno Ka Jahan)
This song was the second Disney Hindi song I, Amber, listened to a lot, and I have memorized the good majority of it. This film, with a setting and theme so close to Indian style, as well as familiar names that Indians could pronounce, Disney knew Indians would want to see it, so they took the time to cast big people for this. The voice of the Hindi Aladdin, both singing and speaking, HAPPENS to be one of the most famous singers in all of India, who HAPPENS to be my distant relative!! We share a last name, and according to my dad, all people with our last name are related, SO that means not only are we related to an Indian celebrity, we're related to the Hindi voice of Aladdin!

1. Colors of the Wind (Havaa Ke Rang)
This one was the most obvious choice for number one. It is beautiful, graceful, and Pocahontas's Hindi voice is absolutely incredible! I, Amber, have memorized this version entirely and sing it almost every single day! To me, there is no Disney Hindi song that compares to this one! John Smith's voice in the film is also pretty good too :D If you guys like any of these, I really hope it's this one. It is, if anything, at par with the English version, in my opinion.

Well, that's all guys! Sandra described her language as fun and passionate, and if I were to describe Hindi, I'd use the term beautiful, because I love how the words flow with such finesse. It's beautiful to me, and Aariel too, haha.

These were mainly my, Amber's choices. I wanted to include the Hindi I Won't Say I'm In Love from Hercules, but Aariel made her opinion clear that she liked We Are One better!
