"Where are some easy-to-navigate areas for placing my container home?" We've had success with the ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) market in Florida, though it can be costly. Unrestricted land, like what's found in Texas and Tennessee, is another viable option. Agriculture-exempt areas can also offer more flexibility.
