Here are my top 5 gift ideas under $50 that are great for anyone who enjoys time in the lawn & garden. I have used these products for several years and enjoy using them on a regular basis, so I'd thought I would share them with you! Eley Quick Connect Fittings: These things are absolutely fantastic! I have a plug on almost everything I own that hooks up to a hose! It makes for very quick setup and changeout of different watering devices when working in the lawn! They are made of solid brass and have a full bore that eliminates the flow restrictions you would get with your typical quick connect fittings at the local big box store. I recommend starting with a 4 pack which includes 1 socket and 3 plugs! A setup like this will cost about $35!

Groundskeeper II Thatch Rake: This thing is amazing!! The fine tines do a great job of getting down to the thatch layer and pulls it up quickly and efficiently without harming the turf! It’s also great for raking out debris in gardens and picking up leaves in the fall. The handle is made of fiberglass and the individual tines are replaceable should you need to replace them. You can get this on Amazon for about $40 and it’s made in the USA!

Pro Plugger 5-in-1 Tool: This thing is awesome for planting annuals, sod plugs, bulbs, pulling weeds like dandelions and wild onion & garlic, it’s also great for taking soil samples, and even making snow balls in the winter. This is also made in the USA and retails for only $40.

Bernzomatic Lawn and Garden Torch: I like to use this to burn those pesky crack weeds! It uses propane to burn weeds with 20,000 BTUs. It’s a great solution for killing weeds without using chemicals and is oddly satisfying and soothing to watch those weeds go up in flames. This tool retails for just under $50. (Propane sold separately)

SureCan Gas Can: I have two of the 2 gallon containers and one 5-gallon container. These are fantastic! What I like most about these is how easy it is to fill you equipment without dripping any fuel. Also, the self venting thumb trigger gives you total flow control! This is my third season with these and so far, no leaks or issues! The 2-gallon container retails for $44!
