A short summary of what are in my opinion the 5 best Rick Grimes moments/scenes in The Walking Dead. For a full explanation, check down below.
5: I told you already
I think that this moment deserves number 5 because it perfectly showcases Rick’s growth in season 7, he goes from being completely broken to one badass again. He realized it’s about a future and no longer about just him living, this moment showcases that perfectly. He is basically staring the devil into the eyes and saying ”go fuck yourself”.
4: No sanctuary
Originally this was the Gareth kill, but unfortunately AMC blocks that particular scene so I had to pick another one, luckily for me I was already hesitating on which one of these two I was supposed to choose. They both see on Rick’s ruthless nature in season 5, as for the used scene he does is mostly in self-defense while the Gareth kill is just blatant murder. I honestly both scenes could be on spot 4, but AMC wants No sanctuary clearly x)
3: I found them
I mean, come on, you can’t make a best moments list and not include his final scene. This is of course a very emotional scene as we all were expecting Rick to bite the dust here. The music, the build-up, everything here is done perfectly. Rick’s entire story arc since the first episode has ended in this very scene: he finally found his family. And he is willing to die for that family, the ultimate sacrifice.
2: Another one bites the dust
This could be described as the best case of how Rick and the group are The Walking Dead. Rick is completely helpless with his son almost getting raped, he has no weapons, nothing. Just like the walkers he uses the only weapon he has got on hi: his teeth. It’s just such a badass moment that truly makes us all see how far Rick is willing to go to protect his son.

This very moment is not only the pinnacle of Rick Grimes’ story, but also that of the entire show. This moment is what pushes Rick into becoming who he has to be. Killing your very best friend in cold blood after you promised him that nothing would happen. Killing Shane was the biggest game changer for Rick (more than Carl’s and Lori’s deaths in my opinion). It’s badass, it’s brutal, it’s sad. When I first watched it I wanted Rick to kill Shane so badly and was delighted when he finally did it, but I also felt immediate sorrow. Shane was an extremely good character which has had the biggest influence on Rick out of all the characters. His story arc ended perfectly and nothing like this will ever be done in TWD again.

Hey everyone, another Negan edit, what can I say? I like him the most in season 10, and I have way too many ideas for tributes to Negan. I’m saving a couple for when Negan does the big thing to Alpha, which also happens in the comics, but I won’t go into detail for now. A lot of people asked for tributes to other characters, so I’ll do that later too of course.
This is probably the darkest tribute I’ve done to Negan and I wanted to match that with my colouring, I decided to do something rather simplistic and not too weird. In this video I didn’t add any special transitions, because apparently it makes some people uncomfortable. This song isn’t suited for transitions regardless so it’s all good in the end.
I’ve been wanting to use this song for such a long time, but never got around to it. I legit wanted to use this for over a year now, the original idea was Shane, but with all the good Negan scenes I went for him. I was reminded of this great song when I saw The Warleader’s tribute with Rick Grimes – Paint it Black, which I can highly recommend. TWD Heart also told a funny parallel in Discord and I thought it was pretty cool so I added it in here.
Let me know what you fine folks think of this tribute, do you want to see more Negan? I also decided not to premiere this video, just to see how premiering affects views in the larger scheme of things. Ive heard that premiering a video decreases its total views in the long run, so consider this a little expirement.

Hello there. Its been quite the while since I uploaded video. But with The Walking Dead Season 11-C finally coming back, I figured it was about time to come out of hibernation.
What do you guys think will happen in the final episodes of TWD? I hope well see Rick return in some capacity, but its probably not very likely. Apparently the Rick Grimes movies got scrapped and theyre now going to make a Rick Grimes and Michonne spin-off show. Which should still be good, but I would definitely would have loved to see TWD come to the big screen. What are your thoughts on this?

A tribute to Samwise Gamgee from The Lord of the Rings trilogy. Tolkien said he believed Sam to be the true hero of the story, not Aragorn or Frodo. The more you rewatch the movies, the clearer that really becomes. And even more when you re-read the books. Sam is the type of friend who gives his unconditional love, the type we should all aspire to be. I think Peter Jackson and Sean Astin definitely would have made J.R.R. Tolkien proud with their interpretation of Sam.
If you havent seen The Lord of the Rings yet, you should definitely give it a watch! The order in which you want to see them is as follows: LOTR The Fellowship of the rings, then LOTR The Two Towers, and ultimately LOTR The Return of the King.

I then stumbled upon another edit from MedeRecord with the exact same name that I wanted to use for my tribute. Ive contemplated about changing my video, or even scrapping it, because clearly someone else had already done it. But when I watched his video, I found that our ideas differ more than enough. Hello there, as most of you know I like a lot of the songs Breaking Benjamin has released and when I saw a couple other editors use this song for both Rick Grimes and Daryl Dixon I knew I couldnt help myself from using this song too. I tried to follow a similar style to my other Negan edits, while trying to also use the same style I used in other Breaking Benjamin edits, such as Diary of Jane and Dance with the Devil.
Negan has had one hell of a journey in season 10, and personally he was hands down my favourite character in that season. The journey from escaping Alexandria, to meeting Brandon, to joining the Whisperers to betraying Alpha and then the final fight with Beta. Although I had hoped for more of an epic Negan vs. Beta fight scene, I still think Betas death was really cool. Let me know what you guys think!
Jeffrey Dean Morgan absolutely nailed his role as Negan and Im glad we got such a good character, therefore another Negan tribute here. I was originally going to do Eugene Porter (with a different song of course) but that kind of failed, I might get back to it later, but I dont know when.
Some of you might notice I didnt use the full song, its mostly due to the fact that I dont have enough Negan material to make such a fast paced long edit, I feel like I was able to tell Negans story in 3 minutes, and didnt need the additional minute, hence why I scrapped the bridge and second chorus.

WE HIT 20 000 SUBSCRIBERS GUYS! I know its just a number and all, but goddamn does it feel good. Only 80 000 to go!
I dont usually do Walking Dead edits to the entire cast, since it loses its focus ( like has happened here xD) but a lot of people kept requesting it. So here we are. I made a tribute to the entire show, rather than one character. The main focus is on Rick Grimes though, its his show and we cant take away from that. But I gave Hershel, Daryl, Beth a fair amount of scenes too, so hopefully its not too much of our favourite sheriff.
In just 3 days it also marks the 9th anniversary of The Walking Dead. I was considering making this the 9th anniversary special. But I decided Id rather thank you guys!
I didnt use a lot of scenes from season 10, because I honestly didnt feel the need. I wouldnt even know which scene to use and I prefer the old seasons if Im being completely honest. Not that the show is bad right now, I just liked the older characters more and the moments with them feel more heartfelt to me.
