Milk/yoghurts- use soy/almond/coconut etc.
Cheese- use vegan cheese/avocado/humous/nutritional yeast flakes
Meat- use vegan "meat" alternatives/beans
Eggs: use avocados/ egg-replacers

And eat loads of fruits, vegetables, potatoes, corn, pasta, rice and greens!
Make sure you eat loads! Get rid of the eating disorder mindset and eat as much as you care for. This lifestyle is not about restriction!!
