Top 20 International Education Rankings in Mathematics; by mean score of PISA (2000~2015)

PISA is the OECD's Programme for International Student Assessment.
It began 2000, and every three years it tests 15-year-old students from all over the world in reading, mathematics and science.

At 2018, The test was performed already, but it takes time to get the result about 1 year or more.
PISA officially announced that 2018 results will be available 3, december 2019.

Thus, here we should use the data from 2010 to 2015 only.
