I talk about the two leading causes of fatal helicopter crashes. Number one reason is flying into wires, and number two is inadvertent flight into IMC conditions. There are a couple indicators that suggest that low visibility and flying into IMC conditions could have lead to Kobe Bryants Helicopter crash. It is far too early to tell for sure though.
In our school we teach about the factors that pilots face leading to the decisions that get you into these bad situations.
