Boss Monsters are some of the most fun and important parts of yugioh, and its had its fair share of iconic and powerful boss monsters throughout the years. However, just because a boss monster was good, doesn’t mean they’re still good today. Today, we’re going to go over another 10 boss monsters that have aged poorly.

![Top 12 Best Levels A Monster Can Be in YGO [Part 2]
As I’m sure you already know, Yugioh monsters have levels. These stars serve to restrict your ability to normal summon them. Levels one through four can be normal summoned without tributing any others, five and six require one tribute, and seven and higher require two tributes. Outside of tribute summon requirement of levels, levels have also been used to sort of dictate the power of monsters. Lower levels usually have less attack than higher levels and are easier to summon. Still, history has shown us that this rule doesn’t always apply, so today we’ll be ranking all 12 levels in yugioh to decide which has the most great cards and which one has the worst. Now, before we begin, we need to do a quick explanation for ranking extra deck monsters: Links will obviously not make this list, since they don’t have levels, but link monsters that specifically require a certain level will be accounted for the strength of a particular level. XYZ monsters will be accounted for the level that will most often make use of them, even if that doesn’t correlate with the Rank of that XYZ Monster. Lastly, Fusion and Synchro monsters will be evaluated as their own level, obviously. So, enough talking, let us begin.
