Since the beginning of the game, attacking has been the main win condition of most decks in Yugioh. That’s why some monsters have strong effects, with the trade-off of not being able to attack in the same turn, or at all. In modern Yugioh, this isn’t usually a big deal though, as effects are generally more important. Today we’ll go over the best monsters with this type of restriction.
