Universally recognised as the GREATEST MOVIE COMPOSER OF ALL TIME, John Williams has provided the soundtracks for some of the most beloved movies in history. In a career that spans decades, Williams has re-invented the genre of film music composition, and generations of hugely successful composers have been inspired by his work. He is also generally regarded as one of the sweetest, nicest people in the movie industry.
With countless awards and nominations under his belt, and an entire separate career as a classical composer (aside from his film work), John Williams is a titan of the music industry.
So of course I had to make a list!!! My only regret is that I couldn't spend longer on each film's score, include said music in my video (copyright etc), and include more films. (I only noticed that I'd forgotten to mention Jurassic Park when it was too late to fix it, for example).
As usual with these videos, I am spouting enthusiastic streams of consciousness with no planning or script, so lots of good stuff gets missed-out because I don't think of it in the moment, and there may also be some factual errors due to brain farts in the heat of the spiel. I do my best.

There are, of course, countless other soundtracks that were inadvertently missed off the list, and please remember that the whole thing is entirely subjective anyway!
