This is a promo I made to convince viewers to watch my Friday afternoon spin-off block, T3 Express. Due to ROOSTER FIGHTER's series premiere date announcement, I decided to replace the NARUTO (2002) reruns for AFRO SAMURAI to close off the second season of T3 Express, and if most of you viewers vote for Sunday morning ROOSTER FIGHTER broadcasts, then I will discontinue T3 Express following the March 13 broadcast.
Unlike most promos for T3 Express, Sailor Moon (or any mention of E/I programming) is nowhere to be seen. However, AFRO SAMURAI, IGPX (2005), The Big O, COWBOY BEBOP (1998) and Aggretsuko all get their spotlight in this promo.

Toon Time Theater comes on Saturday mornings at 8:00 / 7:00 c/p on the Toon Time Theater Twitch channel (barring E/I programming). T3 Express will be discontinued after March 13 unless the 10th U-PICK Poll on Tumblr shows that most of the audience would rather watch ROOSTER FIGHTER on a day of the week that is not Sunday.
