As many of you know, chronic neck pain from a car accident I was involved in has been pretty much controlling my life for the last few months. Even before that, my poor posture and excessive hours sitting at a computer editing left me with muscle spasms that sometimes took me out of work for a week at a time. SO, over the course of the last 6-7 years, I have acquired quite the collection of gadgets both for pain relief as well as ergonomics.
