Not long ago I made my tool cabinet as the next part of organising my workshop, so today I spent quite some time laying out my hand tools on the workbench and changing them so I could optimise the layout for the wall tool cabinet, then I proceeded to hang the tools in my new cabinet.
At this stage, I have not used tool holders, etc, I have just used screws and nails to hang all the easy tools. It is good to now have a home for many of my tools. This makes the clean-up after each job much faster, and knowing where the tool is when it is needed for a job.
So my bench is again empty of tools and ready for my projects.
In the future, I will make tool racks for many of my tools, and that will give me more room by optimising the layout of the tools. It is very good to now have a home for many of my tools, this makes the clean-up after each job much faster, and knowing where the tool is when it is needed is a huge advantage.
