In this video, we cover advanced setup and troubleshooting for Sienci Labs’ Tool Length Sensor (TLS), including how to configure the TLS using the new setup wizard in gSender 1.6.3, and how to manually set it up in gSender 1.6.2.
**You must have gSender 1.6.2 or 1.6.3. Previous versions of gSender don't support our TLS**
The video also covers how to set the location for tool changing, choose the right settings for your firmware version, and how to test that the sensor is working correctly.

- Any size LongMill MK1-2.5 (requires limit switch upgrades)

- Other CNC brands with proper controller support: (a) They must be able to supply a 5-24V to a TLS and can operate with a normally closed (NC) TLS input; b) Major brands with controllers that support a TLS include Onefinity, Shapeoko, Genmitsu, Carbide 3D and many more; c) The TLS is designed for flat wasteboard surface mounting

What's a Tool Length Sensor (TLS)?
A TLS is a probe, fixed to your CNC machine, used to measure the length of your cutting tool.
