This item distributes different items, which have changed throughout updates. Currently, when a new one is used, the owner receives the following untradable items:

- One Backpack Expander
- One Name Tag
- One Description Tag
- One random can of paint
- Two to three random weapons
- One Smissmas Sweater War Paint
