This mod replaces Claude model into Tommy Vercetti model.
Instruction:
1. Download Tommy Vercetti model and extract "models" folder and "player.dff" and "player.txd" files somewhere. On this step, you can extract "models" folder right into GTA 3 directory, or you can do it later. It's up to you. Just don't forget to do this!

2. Download III IMG Tool

3. Open III IMG Tool and Press "File - Open", then choose your game folder and find "models" folder. In this folder open gta3.img.
4. Press "Edit - Find" and then search "player.dff" and "player.txd" files. IMG Tool doesn't let you replace this files, so you firstly should delete them by pressing "RMB - Delete".
5. Now you should add new "player.dff" and "player.txd" files. Press "Commands - Add" and choose "player.dff" file, and then "player.txd" as well. Then press "File - Exit".
6. Start your game and enjoy new Tommy Vercetti model.
P.S. I noticed, that some cut-scenes make Tommy Vercetti looks to weird. Just be ready for this...
Also, if someone's wondering, I'm using Classic Axis mod for better experience in this video.
