Although not technically just an "Arrow Sniping" video, there's plenty of virtual archery to be had.
This is footage of my first time playing the "Tomb Raider" reboot on my PS3, recording as I go. You too can get this game

Note: I generally turn off crosshairs for purposes of showing off, but I didn't bother to look into it all that much (being my first play through) and decided to just stick to the basic bow without any upgrades or zooming in to make up for it.
