It is the height of the summer tomato season and we have so many fresh tomatoes coming out of the garden that it has motivated us to seek lot of great tomato recipes to use them up. This tomato tart is a keeper. With the flaky melt-in-your-mouth puff pastry and savory additions of the ricotta cheese filling, this recipe is so delicious, and so easy.
