Tom and Joey are back. And in this episode, they get a copy of Joseph OS version 3 and install it on the Johnson's family computer. Unlike the previous two versions, Joseph tells the user that they're too old to make videos for preschoolers. When Dave tries to use the family computer, he realizes it is running Joseph OS instead of Windows.
