At the end of this short is a clip of my brother Tom in 2015 filmed by a stranger by chance at the Maggie Wall monument in Dunning, Scotland where he lived 1993 to 2024. Tom passed away in 2024 at the age of 44. I only just found this clip on the internet. Tom giving gifts to the monument and being his good true delf. Love and miss you Tom. This clip is a gift, thank you to Brian who filmed this. The clip at Maggie Wall shows Tom in his true good self... from the view of a third party. It's a gift. Thanks again Brian.
I leaned this song (Softly as in a Morning Sunrise) in the same last house Tom stayed in. That's why I put that song in this clip. Our village jazz friend K taught me jazz in that same house from around 1996 to 1998. We had a 'Dunning Jazz Trio' and cut a demo and later on in Sterling studio. I spent endless hours in that same house decades before Tom lived in it for around month. I will be processing that forever.
