Axiology is developing regulated financial market infrastructure on XRPL. We would like to expose how crypto market developments can be transposed into highly regulated financial market infrastructure. The first use case that we are enabling - making the safest financial instrument, government bonds, accessible to all. Our ultimate objective is to utilize XRPL AMM functionality and build fully integrated capital market infrastructure with settlement, custody, exchange and brokerage as one regulated financial infrastructure.
Several countries are experimenting with innovative legal regimes that enable such mode of operation. For example EU DLT Pilot Regime Regulation and UK Digital Securities Sandbox. Participants of the talk will learn about the pros and cons of such legal regimes and how XRPL community could take part.
