Hey! It's my birthday! And what a fitting episode to watch today because I am also slowly inching closer to inevitable death. But it's cool because I can eat as much cake as I want today. Woo!
We've finally come to the end of this journey with Ellie (for now) and I wanted to say again how much I loved getting to know these characters and their stories. I actually got emotional re watching that final scene and hearing what Riley says to Ellie in the end. Also the realization that Riley technically saved Ellie's life by not wanting to take the "easy way out." That's cool game, I'll just curl up and cry forever thanks.
Seriously though, Naughty Dog are fucking legends for making this masterpiece and I CANNOT WAIT to get into The Last of Us Part 2. Please be soon??!!
