Can't seem to figure out how to trigger his script, I have a feeling Tofu only comes out whenever Leon is not looking.

As you can see sprinting away from him while the camera is still pointed at Tofu's direction can still spawn him.

Doesn't grant any steam/in-game achievement. :(
