In this video, Kerry Lord demonstrates tips and techniques for the three butterflies that form part of the TOFT METAMORPHOSIS exhibition, which could be seen at Alexandra Palace from 6-9 October 2022. METAMORPHOSIS hopes to both raise awareness for mental health and fundraise for charities along with introducing more people to the mindfulness of crochet, and £3 from every butterfly kit will be donated via Work for Good to charities Young Minds and Mind.
