What I know/tested:

T70 drops with charges
t80 drops with charges, including GWD2 weapons
T85 drops as armour (dont know superior)
T90 armour drops as charges (dont know Raids armour)
T90 weapons drops with charges
Any augmented armour/weapon drops as broken
Hydrix drops as coins
T90 boots drops as current drop, coins and the t85 boots
