Blooms of Dublin is Anthony Burgess's musical version of Ulysses by James Joyce. The novel follows Leopold Bloom as he traverses the city of Dublin in a single day. A modernist retelling of the Odyssey, it is regarded as one of the finest works of Irish fiction and was Burgess's favourite novel.

The song 'Today' is sung by Leopold Bloom (Owen Gilhooly) as he begins his Dublin adventure on 16 June 1904, now known as Bloomsday. The piano accompaniment is played by David Jones.
