Surprise double elimination bracket edition.

Tobal Annihilation Revolution New-year Tournament is a CPU only competition with 185 unique characters, the majority of them captured in the brutal dungeons of the amazing single player of this game. All matches from here on out are best 3 out of 5, and now each of these combatants effectively have two lives.
