Toa Payoh Town Park, located between the Toa Payoh HDB Hub and the Pan Island Expressway, is a throwback to the 1970s and 1980s. It was formerly known as the Toa Payoh Town Garden when it debuted in 1972. It still serves as a source of nostalgia and green space on the outskirts of the Toa Payoh estate today.

Toa Payoh Town Park, which was built in the 1970s, was a popular wedding destination for couples who wanted to replicate the flair and fashion of the era. The park preserves its charm and beauty, with a huge pavilion, planted pond, rustic-looking gazebos, and facilities such as open-concept restrooms, and is a terrific spot for families to congregate for enjoyment.
