I started this video back in like March but always felt like it's missing something so I never got to finish it until season 5 got released and happened to have EXACTLY the scenes and dialogue this thing needed.Really tried to focus on the flow and choosing scenes that both fit the lyrics and the quotes and I'm really happy with the outcome c:

Happy 46th birthday to the most important person in my life, who is the sole reason Im still alive and whose work of the past 25 years inspires me to keep living to experience the next 25.
I used every single one of Judes films (expect for Bent and Presence of Mind, as Judes only in them for literally half a second in the background, and Rise Of The Guardians, as an animated film simply would have looked weird between 45 live action films) including one/two (depending on where you live) that have yet to come out as well as short films and my all time favorite: The Young Pope.

I have depression and bpd which makes simply staying alive seem like an impossible task a lot of times but being a fan of Jude makes me not want to give up (yet). Knowing there will always be a new film or TV show with him to look forward makes me may stay alive and life itself more bearable, as stupid as it may sound. Not only does he give me the strenght to keeping going but by talking about it he has also given me the strength to seek out professional help. His laugh or just hearing his voice in general (especially the recording of when he talked to me) makes me incredibly happy no matter how horrible I feel. The day I met him was by far the best day in my entire life, Ive never felt happiness this intensively - I didnt even know such a level of joy was possible, to be honest. Im eternally grateful for everything he has done for me without even knowing and for having been nothing but kind to me when we met. I wish I could give at least 1% back to him.
As every single day - I meant year - I hope Jude has (or rather had) the best day ever and that his best year is yet to come. I actually didnt think Id still be alive today to even make/upload this video, and I almost werent, but thanks to him all of you will probably/hopefully still have to endure me for a bit longer.
May his 47th year of life and 2019 in general be the nothing but good to him.
For the 6th time in a row I managed to make a video for Jude Laws birthday and instead of being resonable and sticking with a short one this year, I decided to finally realize the project I had in mind for probably about half a year at least. The next time I want to do something thats longer than 20 seconds, please shoot me. My version of Sony Vegas is 11 years old and Im already glad when it manages to not crash while rendering 10 seconds or when I can still open a project that has more than like 3 hours of footage in it. So to make this 4 1/2 minutes long video, I had to seperate it into 13 projects and seperate those in the end as well because why would Sony Vegas manage render 25 seconds like its supposed to, right? What a crazy idea. So after a lot of, and I really mean A L O T, of pain and tears, I finally finished this stupid video and Sony Vegas finally manged to render it completely. Now we both need to rest for the next twelve years.
Im sorry if the video is somewhat boring compared to my more FX-based ones but a) there is no way I make a 4 1/2 minute video with a ton of FX, unless I have like a year of free time and b) I wanted to let the footage shine on its own and only use really basic editing like pan/crop, brightness/contrass and speeding it up/slowing it down. Also I own every single films Judes in on DVD/Blu-ray (most of them in both versions) and a handful of films simply dont have a Blu-ray release and therefore the quality of the footage isnt always the best but probably still the best you can find.
And also a happy new year to everyone whos still reading this.

While reading the books I always wondered why Watson stays with Holmes (besides his urge for adventures) when Holmes almost never shows how much he cares for Watson.
So my headcanon was that this is the reason why Watson falls in love with Mary.

Wow, this turned out more dramaticly than I intended too.

And its not even slash - its more about the ... well friendship between Watson and Holmes, who is alone since his friend left him for Mary.
And thats the main reason why I love the Ritchie movies so much. They capture the relationship between Holmes and Watson perfectly.
I started this project two weeks ago and Im glad that I found the time to finish it.
I like how it turned out - that doesnt happen very often.

Also Javier Cámara is such a great actor? S/O to The Young Pope for introducing me to so many international actors I never would have found on my own.
I made this within a day, by the way, so its really just something quick. And happy. I cannot believe I made something happy.
