This edit has been in the works for quite a long time, ever since Advanced Warfare was growing in popularity a few months after Bo3's release, I had planned on doing an episode for Shawn, and since he rejoined Obey, it ended up being a dual introducing of him and Bakon. I worked on this on and off for a little over a month basically at the same time as they were still hitting clips for the episode. The last 3 weeks of working on this were very slow, I was dealing with my dorm flooding and illnesses in the family and it really was hard for me to edit this during that time. Overall, I think this is a stereotypical "Zant" edit: Colorful CC that's either blue or orange, Crazy map cinematics, and a New Desert Blues song. Really stuck to my roots with this one and just made a clean edit that would make the players happy! Advanced warfare was also pretty fun to edit, as when it was the newest CoD game, it died so quickly that I actually never got to do a trickshotting episode on this game, so this was a neat experience. My next 2 edits are an episode for Red Valor, and a dual with Doom for Twyman's introducing to Red!

Original Description
So I never expected to take on this large of a project nowadays, but I had an opportunity from Shawn to edit a teamtage for ioN and I couldnt resist the chance to get to do a teamtage for a team that has quite a few old friends of mine in it. So huge thanks to Shawn and everyone at ioN for having me do this teamtage, I really had a lot of fun with it!.
As far as the edit goes, I tried to simply create a clean edit to show off the clips, but maintain entertainment throughout. Its been a while since ive been active with CoD editing -or any kind of video editing, really- so I didnt really focus on making any wild effects or even attempt to make an impressive edit. I wanted to make the team happy, and I feel that I succeeded at that.
As far as future editing goes, I cant really say for certain that Ill be making any edits for a very long time. I decided to come back for a while at the launch of Black Ops 4 for a bit of nostalgia, and to have fun with some editing once again. However, 2019 is here, and a new chapter of my life is about to start this summer, and I need to spend all the time I can preparing for this. Editing is a hobby of my past, and its something that consumes a ton of time, and I simply cant afford to spend that time editing anymore. I cannot balance streaming, job/internship applications, 3D projects for my portfolio, AND editing on top of a future job. I basically foresee editing existing in my life as a niche hobby for me to re-explore every few years to just have some fun. Itll be interesting to see how much I come back to it in the future, but for now im going to have to put it on the shelf. Hey guys, this is an edit I did for Myth Gonzo, good friend of mine and one of the leaders of Myth. This clips were all recorded off of the Xbox one game DVR because he does not have a working computer right now, so they were all 30 fps, and im somewhat low quality. I found this to be a challenge to edit, as I couldnt really sync them amazingly, but im pretty happy with how it turned out, some of the clips, I just could not do anything to, or else it looked horrible, so the clip editing on some places may look a bit raw. For 30fps clips, im happy with it, but otherwise, meh. Go check out Gonzo! He is an absolute beast!!!!
