In 1989, TNT celebrated Charlie Chaplin's 100th birthday by airing several of his classic movies over the course of a week.

I was 9 years old at the time, and taped all of the movies from the festival. This special intro for CITY LIGHTS is a direct transfer from my VHS recording of that broadcast.
