As usual, Donitz goes nuts after staying in Crimea for too long as Germany fell to Meinhof's DSR. Seeing how Josias declared himself the King of Kaukasien, Donitz decided to do the same thing.
Crimea was once the last refuge for the Goths known as Crimean Goths, until the last independent Gothic state Theodoro was conquered and they slowly mixed with the local Tartars. Inspired by this, Donitz proclaimed himself "Theodoric the Second" and starts to push for a revival of the Gothic language within his kingdom, while his ships regularly raid the Black Sea coast like the old Goths did.
