Unlike in the previous video (youtube.com/watch?v=gE7Xi4mKwco), Saucked doesn't expand eastwards into Russia, instead he builds up his forces in Moscowien and waits for the German Civil War to end.
As the German Civil War descends into Anarchy, nukes deployed on several large German cities. Saucken, horrified by these events, invades with his troops and wipes out the battered armies of Bormann(who's now insane) Schorner and Meinhof. With a ruined Germany under his control, Saucken agreed to form an autonomous government in Moscowien led by local democrats, while granting the new Kingdom of Poland, Ukraine and United Baltic Duchy independence under German protection.
The regency is established while Saucken contacts the exiled crown prince in the US, who had agreed to take the throne as long as democracy is restored once reconstruction ends. Now, with the monarchy restored under a democratic Kaiser, Germans have finally shook off the Third Reich's yoke.
