Late yesterday, T-Mobile officially launched their new AWAY data plan specifically for RVers, campers, digital nomads and boaters.
As reported several times over the past months - the plan is $160/mo for unlimited nationwide data on T-Mobile's native network. It must be used in their provided gateway device, and service can be paused for $10/mo. There is also a 200GB option.
Along with the launch of this plan, we anticipate that T-Mobile may soon begin their address validation on the T-Mobile Home Internet (TMHI) which is much cheaper at $50/mo, but intended for fixed locations only.
