All of Fugitoid's voice clips from TMNT: Smash-Up, provided by Oliver Wyman. Another character from the 2003 series, Fugitoid is actually the one character in the game that I haven't unlocked yet (at least on my original Wii; I haven't played the game on my new one), as he's one of the harder characters to unlock. That said, Oliver does a good job giving him a convincing British accent, similar to what David Tennant would use in the 2012 series. And with that, all of this game's voice clips are now available on YouTube!
