This hack enables options menu without code, and adds two new difficulty levels: HARD and EXPERT.
EXPERT difficulty matches well-known pirate carts with deleted copyrights, but Shredder is not immortal [player takes twice damage from enemies, and player damage vs enemies lowered twice].
HARD difficulty it’s a new hybrid level: player damage vs enemies twice lowered, but player takes normal damage.
EASY and NORMAL levels are same as in original.
