F O O T N O T E S .
i feel like this didn't turn out quite the way i envisioned. instead, it's really kind of messy.
but anyways, here are a few footnotes;
- the monochrome parts are korra's night terrors (she doesn't reveal the fact that she has them to anyone for fear of seeming weak; she feels that fear = weakness)
- the colored parts are reality
- the plot is mostly canon, except the way EVERYONE is shown extremely unsettled, not just korra (hence asami asking mako what's wrong/what's the problem)
- i really played up the creative merit this time around; i tried to show fear through the thin curtain between reality and dark fantasy, as i myself have night terrors.
and let me tell you, once you conquer the fears that come along with night terrors (by TALKING about them with others, which is implied in the video that korra does in the end to conquer her fears of amon) you'll feel like you can conquer any task.
