The effect of the pandemic on students, educators, parents and administrators has been challenging. As most students and educators will return to the classroom this school year, TLN speaks to those most affected by the pandemic and prays for all involved in the education of children in the first of two Back to School prayer specials. In part two, TLN discusses and prays for students - both elementary ages and high school and college age students. Sarah James, is the managing director of K through 8 program operations for By The Hand Ministries. By the Hand is a Christ-Centered after-school program that takes kids by the hand and walk with them through college, helping them have abundant life – mind, body and soul. Sarah discusses the needs of children in the K-8 classrooms. Rev. Will Klier is a director of Davis Christian Fellowship and Chi Alpha Campus Ministries on the University of California – Davis Campus. He discusses the pandemic and the needs of Christian high school and college students today.
