In this video I describe a Voltage and Current Signal Generator, by a Chinese maker calling themselves "TKXEC", their model QH-VISG2-ED (not to be confused with model QH-VISG2-EN, which does not have a battery).
I give an overview, I demonstrate it operating in its various modes and connections, I describe a small "hack" where a red filter is added to improve display legibility and rubber feet are added so that the tester does not slide around while in use. Then I provide a sort of "Video User's Manual", in the form of a review of the comprehensive new manual I wrote for this device, and walking through the parameter tables and showing how to enter passwords to allow access to the programmable parameters.
