Members included Cold 187um, KMG the Illustrator, Go Mack, and DJ Total K-Oss. In the early days of their career, they became closely associated with N.W.A. and the rise of gangsta rap. An early signing to Eazy-E’s Ruthless Records, they helped pioneer the G-funk sound before it became mainstream. On Tommy Boy Records, the group released their 1996 record Time Will Reveal featuring “Endonesia”, “100 Spokes”, and “City of Angels,” and Legends album in 1998 with “Adventure Of…”

TKA is a Latin Freestyle/Dance-pop trio hailing from New York City. The name TKA comes from the initials of the three original members - Tony Ortiz, Louis “Kayel” Sharpe, and Angel “Love” Vasquez.
