The Steve Miller Bands Take the Money and Run introduces the next interview, with Texas-based real estate developer F. Trammell Crow, who relates how he accumulated some of the largest real estate holdings in the country
Recording cuts to next part of show, with Rona explaining the motivation for this look, which leads up to the big moment - an interview with a fresh-faced scion by the name of Donald J. Trump, then beginning his long career; cutting back and forth between him, Helmsley, Stone and Crow
Back to Diane and how she began her career, followed by more with John, Clement and Trammell, before going back to the Donald, whos asked about comparisons to his father; Diane, about her mother; and Clement and John speaking about their growing up
Recording cuts to next part, with Rona and Harry at his penthouse over which the bumper title is shown (backing music: Money by The Flying Lizards), then she introduces the subject of the American dream vs. reality, and relations on how Stone, Johnson, Crow, Helmsley, Trump and von Fürstenberg attained it and what makes them go on
