The toughest of tough guys (on screen), TITUS WELLIVER sits for an interview to talk about his softer side - his paintings, his friend Lance Reddick and saying goodbye to Harry Bosch after this last season of Bosch: Legacy.
Titus B. Welliver is best known for his portrayals of the Man in Black in 'Lost', Silas Adams in 'Deadwood', Jimmy O'Phelan in 'Sons of Anarchy', and the title role in the television series Bosch and Bosch: Legacy. He is also known for his collaborations with Ben Affleck, starring in his films 'Gone Baby Gone' (2007), 'The Town' (2010), 'Argo' (2012), and 'Live by Night' (2016).
Harry Bosch is a character created by Michael Connelly in the book series named after him. Eventually, this fantastic literary character got his own television/streaming show 'Bosch', that ran seven seasons. This newer series, 'Bosch: Legacy' focused on the now retired Harry Bosch running his own private investigative service and the side characters in his life, such as Honey “Money” Chandler and his daughter Maddie Bosch. The third and final season of Bosch: Legacy airs this month, and it picks up where the last season ended - Honey "Money" Chandler campaigns to become the Los Angeles District Attorney while Bosch is under investigation for the murder of Maddie's kidnapper, Kurt Dockweiler.
The show stars Welliver as Hieronymus "Harry" Bosch, a former LAPD detective, now retired and working as a freelance private investigator. Mimi Rogers as Honey "Money" Chandler, a high-powered defense attorney who has a periodically adversarial relationship with Harry. Madison Lintz as Madeline "Maddie" Bosch, a rookie Los Angeles police officer and Harry's daughter. Stephen Chang as Maurice "Mo" Bassi, Harry's technology expert, who shares Harry's love of jazz. Denise G. Sanchez as Officer Reyna Vasquez, Maddie's training officer and Paul Calderón as Detective III Santiago "Jimmy" Robertson, a seasoned detective and former colleague of Harry brought in to investigate the death of Kurt Dockweiler
During the interview, #TitusWelliver discusses how he feels they left no stone unturned in the decade he's been playing the character, but also reveals 'never say never' to #Bosch returning at some point. The actor also talks about his beautiful side career as a landscape artist, and reminisces about his close friend Lance Reddick.
