This song is only found in earlier builds of the game, back when it had much more primitive graphics and most levels were straight ports of the PS1 art style and layout (though in sprite form). Apparently in the final release, they had to cut the classic SpongeBob theme song for something original, for whatever reason (licensing BS)...
The only soundtrack uploads for this game are bad quality due to the GBA's compression. This upload is a direct rip, meaning the vibrato actually sounds like it should, and not the hellspawn it sounds like on the GBA hardware.
