Following up on my previous update about #titanic VR’s upcoming release on Meta Quest 3 & 3s, I’m pleased to share some in-game footage captured directly on the #quest3 hardware. As you can imagine, we’re pushing the limits of the platform by enabling full interior and exterior exploration of the Titanic. With both halves of the shipwreck and the sinking sequence included, this is quite "Titanic" endeavor :).
You may notice some dropped frames in this video—this is due to recording 2K footage on the Quest 3 simultaneously while playing. Under normal circumstances (without active recording), the game runs at a consistent 72 FPS.
We’re now preparing our first beta access and plan to begin testing next week. We anticipate a public release in early Q2.
